I got home from MOPS at 9:15, and James was finishing up some things, with the boys JUST falling asleep. (In the past, Alex was wide awake from 8-12 or 1 am. We’ve gotten it adjusted some, but 10 is the earliest he’s gone to sleep.)  James said he was going to bed as soon as he was done. We talked abit and he ended up going to bed early, about 9:45. I was torn. I knew I needed to go to bed, but wanted to watch my favorite TV show. (The Amazing Race …This season it’s on at 10 instead of 9, and that’s been hard!)  I decided to work and calm down from the evening out, while watching the show. About 10:15, Alex woke up for one more feeding. As I fed him, I was thinking how glad I was I didn’t go to bed. I would have JUST fallen asleep, and would have been so mad that he woke me up. So it’s a good thing I’m addicted to a silly TV show! (Or so I keep telling myself.)
