Week #3

This week I didn't lose any weight. I MAINTAINED–that sounds a bit better, right? I have to admit that actually isn't too bad. When I think back through the week I haven't been that good. I've tried to have portion control, but the portions haven't been the best choices most of the time. I did work out three times last week, but not the 5 I was aiming for. And no weight lifting was started.
So we start a new week, full of positive vibes. The next three days I hope to get back on track. Right before our anniversery trip.
