May Day Challenge Week #1

Well, I didn't do well this week. I didn't GAIN, but I didn't lose weight either.
BUT–I do feel better about myself this week. While I didn't hit my goal of working out 5x this last week, I did do it 4. And I can tell a huge difference in my day when I do so that's motivation to do it more (even though I didn't today yet
). I am most proud of myself for going yesterday even after James didn't. Often, when he doesn't work out it makes it easy for me to justify not getting up to go, but I got up on Monday and did it, even after not sleeping well. Also, I did eat better most of the week. (Friday night scrapping and Saturday's dinner out being my two exceptions).
As I look at the list of names of people and how much they lost, I'm trying to use that as motivation–not getting discouraged and giving up.
