6 Miles

In case you lost track–or had no idea and was wondering–I had my last class last Monday. I'm working on the final and grading the last few presentations (thus no blog posts).  Next week is the Final!!! Who-hoo!

Monday we had our outdoor lab and it was a nice time. Because I'd only arranged for a sitter through the end of April, I took the boys with me. They had great fun seeing "my students" and joining us on the walk to the Lake. The goal of the lab was to have the classes make observations of living things and to collect some samples. Will got to see some dead fish, a snake and an earthworm.  If you ask him about it, he'll tell you about the stinky fish.  Alex enjoyed running out and was tired out by the time I took them over to Grandma's house.  Sadly, he took a longer nap, so he stayed up until I got home at 9. I think he's still catching up on his sleep (Wednesday evening).
