6 Miles

Today Alex got to start preschool! He was quite excited, it was the first thing he said as he came out of his bedroom (sleepily rubbing his eyes).

He is in the Lions class at the preschool we’ve been taking kids to for the last 4 years (crazy! Where did the time go?)  It’s nice to see people there who know our kids and have been with them for several years.

He had a fun first day. He wanted me to walk him in, but once he got in the room he was off, ready to join the kids in coloring (as I knew he would be). When I picked him up he told me all about the three stories they read, the craft they did, what they played at recess, the snack they had and that they played with lace-up cards. It sounds like they had a full day and he had a great time.
